Getting started

    Adding a channel

Connect your distribution channels to Pinaplay to launch your campaigns.

To launch a campaign on Pinaplay, you need to connect a distribution channel. A channel can be a website (whether you want a dedicated mini-site or an iframe embedded in your existing site), an Instagram account, a Facebook page, a TikTok account or a Bluesky account.

You can add a channel before configuring your campaign or during the deployment step.

    What is a channel?

A channel represents the platform on which you want to distribute your game campaign. Pinaplay supports several channel types:

    • Website: integration via iframe or on a dedicated mini-site
    • Instagram: contests in comments or Stories
    • Facebook: contests in comments
    • TikTok: contests in comments
    • Bluesky: contests in comments or reposts

How do I add a web channel?

To add a website channel, follow these steps:

    • Go to the "Channels" section from the left-hand menu
    • Click the "Add a channel" button
    • Select the "Website" type
    • Enter the pinaplay.io subdomain on which your games will be deployed
    • Confirm the channel addition

Your games will by default be accessible via the subdomain you have chosen (e.g. yourbrand.pinaplay.io). Depending on your subscription plan, you may also be able to use a custom domain.

You can add multiple channels to your workspace depending on your subscription plan and use them for different campaigns.

How do I connect a social media account?

To connect an Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Bluesky account:

    • Go to the "Channels" section from the left-hand menu
    • Click "Add a channel"
    • Select the desired social network
    • Log in to your account via OAuth
    • Authorise Pinaplay to access your page or account

For Instagram and Facebook, you must have a professional or creator account. Personal accounts are not supported.

Additionally, for Instagram, your account must be linked to your Facebook page. If it is not, please follow these steps.
