    Launching a web campaign

Create and publish your first game campaign on your website.

This guide walks you through each step of launching a web campaign.

Step 1: Create a new campaign

Click on "Gaming" in the left-hand menu, then click "Add a campaign" and select the game type you want from our catalogue.

    Step 2: Configure the campaign

In the "Settings" tab, you can enter the basic information for your game such as the start and end dates, and upload your terms and conditions. If you do not have one, you can download a terms template (where available for the selected game mechanic) and update it with your legal details and the participation and winner selection rules.

If you already configure a start date that is in the future, you will not be able to test your game because the waiting page will be displayed instead.

Other settings are available depending on the selected mechanic, including winner selection options so you can specify whether you plan to run a prize draw, use instant wins, or both.

Depending on your subscription plan, you can also choose to automatically send an email to instant win prize winners.

Step 3: Customise the design and content of each screen

Click on the "Creator Studio" tab to customise the appearance of your game. You can modify colours, images, text and add widgets to create a unique experience.

Visit the Creator Studio section to discover how it works.

    Step 4: Configure the prizes

If you choose to award prizes as instant wins, visit the Configuring instant wins page.

    Step 5: Deploy the campaign

Once your campaign is configured, you can publish it by clicking the "Deploy" button.

Choose the web channel on which you want to deploy it, or create a new channel if you have not already done so.

You will then have access to:

    • The URL of your campaign if you want to promote the dedicated mini-site for your game
    • A QR code linking to the mini-site
    • An iframe embed code to integrate your game into your existing website

    Step 6: Test the campaign

Once your campaign is deployed, test the result and functionality by visiting the link provided in step 5 or directly on your site if you chose to embed it via iframe.

Once your tests are complete, you can delete your test entries by clicking the icon to the left of the "View" and "Deploy" buttons, then selecting "Delete all data".

If during your tests you won prizes that you had configured as instant wins, make sure the prizes you want participants to win are still available after deleting the test data.

Now set the correct start date for your game if it is due to begin at a later point.
